Yes — hYYa Cloud has a free tier. Sign up with just your email (no card, ever) and use every hYYa Cloud feature, drawing from a monthly credit allowance, plus a simple daily chat allowance. The first time you use a metered feature, hYYa asks for a one-time phone verification — a texted code, once and never again, so the free allowance goes to real people rather than scripts. Want more headroom? The paid tiers — Pro $14.99/mo, Elite $24.99/mo, Ultra $49.99/mo — give you a larger monthly allowance (annual plans save 33%), and Ultra adds the exclusives. The hYYa Vault engine is also free when the native apps ship.

Every hYYa Cloud tier gives you every feature — chat, images, Voice, Agents, AI Personas, Connections, DataLens, Create Document and construction take-off — all drawing from a monthly credit allowance; the tiers differ mainly by how large that allowance is (plus a few Ultra-only extras). hYYa Cloud Free is the try-first tier: a starter allowance plus a simple daily chat allowance, on capable everyday models. Pro ($14.99/mo) adds the frontier models (Claude Opus, Grok), removes the daily chat cap, and gives a larger allowance. Elite ($24.99/mo) is the heavy-user tier: an even larger allowance. Ultra ($49.99/mo) is the Professional Powerhouse: the largest allowance plus the exclusives — full-corpus DataLens (whole-corpus Opus reasoning), team collaboration, and your own API keys (BYOK).

DataLens lets you chat with your own documents. Upload PDFs, contracts, reports, or research papers and ask questions across them, with citations — available on every tier, drawing from your monthly allowance. hYYa Cloud Ultra unlocks the full version: whole-corpus reasoning across large sets with Claude Opus, OCR of scanned & bulk documents, and shared team lenses with up to 10 teammates.

Connections securely link apps like Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Notion and Asana so hYYa can use your real data in chat — read-only, on every tier. You choose what to connect and can disconnect any app anytime from Settings. hYYa never sells your data or uses it to train AI.

Yes — and it's now built in, no separate add-on. Open a Drawings lens and hYYa measures a real take-off straight off your construction drawings — lengths, areas and exact equipment/block counts computed from the drawing's geometry (never by eye), with wall centrelines and results in real units that need no calibration on a native AutoCAD DWG (a vector PDF just needs a quick two-click scale). One click exports the whole take-off to Excel/CSV, and your drawing never leaves hYYa. Curved line-work is measured at its true developed length, and anything hYYa cannot measure is stated on the take-off rather than dropped silently. On the native hYYa Vault app the same take-off runs fully on-device from vector PDF and AutoCAD DXF drawings — a binary .dwg is read by hYYa Cloud only, so save it as DXF first if you are working offline. Freeing the data trapped in your invoices, purchase orders and forms into an exact Excel workbook is built in too. Every capability draws from your monthly credit allowance. Roughly, per month — these are approximate and vary a lot with document size and answer length: FREE (starter allowance) ≈ 5 images, or 7 Word/Excel exports, or 55 take-off exports, plus a daily allowance of everyday chat. PRO ≈ 50 images, 75 Word/Excel exports, 18 PowerPoint decks, 555 take-off exports, or a handful of whole-document-set DataLens questions. ELITE ≈ 150 images, 225 Word/Excel exports, 55 decks, 1,600+ take-off exports. ULTRA ≈ 300 images, 450 Word/Excel exports, 110 decks, 3,000+ take-off exports, plus around 24 full-corpus DataLens questions — Opus reasoning over your ENTIRE document set, which is the single most demanding thing hYYa does. Everyday chat on the standard models doesn't touch your allowance at all on a paid plan. Mix and match freely: the allowance is one pool, not per-feature buckets.

Your monthly credit allowance refreshes every month, so most people simply wait for the refresh — and if you run out every month, moving up a tier is better value per credit than topping up. If you just need to finish the month, one-time top-up packs are available on every tier: 20,000 credits for $10 or 60,000 for $25. A pack is a one-time purchase, never a subscription. Purchased credits never expire and are never reset, and your monthly allowance is always spent first — so a pack is only drawn on once your allowance runs out.

Each hYYa coupon works on one specific tier and one billing cycle. Check your coupon for the tier (Pro, Elite, or Ultra) and whether it's monthly or annual, then choose that exact plan before checkout. If your coupon is for an annual plan, switch to Annual first. At the secure Polar checkout, add your promotion code and confirm the discount appears before you finish.

You can always sign in to hYYa, even after a paid subscription ends — your account simply moves to the free tier. Your conversations and DataLenses are kept for 60 days, so you can pick up exactly where you left off if you resubscribe, and hYYa emails you reminders during that window. After 60 days without an active paid plan, that document data is permanently deleted. You can resubscribe anytime, or delete your data sooner from Settings.

hYYa Cloud conversations are never used to train AI models and are not sold or shared. The hYYa Vault engine (coming with native apps) stores all conversations exclusively on your device — nothing sent to any server. hYYa ai is built privacy-first from the ground up.
