Refund Policy

The Short Version

Monthly subscriptions to hYYa Cloud Pro, Elite, and Ultra come with a 30-day FREE trial. A payment method is collected at signup, but you are not charged until the trial ends (or until an active coupon expires). Cancel anytime before then to avoid being charged. Once the trial ends and billing begins, no refunds are issued. Annual plans are billed in full at signup and do not include a trial.

1. FREE Trial

  • All new monthly subscriptions to hYYa Cloud Pro, Elite, and Ultra include a 30-day FREE trial.
  • Annual plans (Pro / Elite / Ultra) are billed in full at signup and do not include a trial.
  • A payment method is collected at signup. You are not charged during the trial — the first charge fires at the end of the trial (or, if an active coupon applies, at coupon expiry). Cancel anytime before then to avoid being charged.
  • You get full tier access during the trial period.
  • Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will never be charged.

2. No Refunds After Trial / At Signup

Once the trial period ends and a billing cycle begins, no refunds are provided. Annual plans, which are billed in full at signup with no trial, are likewise non-refundable once payment is processed. The monthly trial period is specifically designed to give you enough time to decide whether the service is right for you, at no cost.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time:
  • Web subscriptions: from your account settings at hyya.ai
  • iOS/macOS: from your Apple ID subscription settings
  • Android: from the Google Play subscription settings
Cancellation stops future billing. You keep hYYa Cloud access until the end of your current paid period — no access is cut short.

4. App Store & Google Play

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. We have no ability to issue refunds for purchases made through those platforms — please use reportaproblem.apple.com or the Google Play Help Centre.

5. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, or have a question about a Polar payment, contact us at h [at] hyya.com or reach out to Polar directly using the link in your receipt. Polar acts as Merchant of Record and can assist with payment-level disputes.
