Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using hYYa ai (on iOS, macOS, Android, or the web) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. hYYa ai is a personal project by Hassaan, trading as hYYa Apps — it is not a registered company or corporation.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use hYYa ai. By creating an account or signing in, you affirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected information from a user under 18, we will delete it promptly. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 may be suspended without notice.

hYYa ai offers two modes:

• hYYa Vault — free, fully on-device AI. No account required. Offline by default: it works with no internet connection, and the optional features that do use the network are named in the Privacy Policy.
• hYYa Cloud — cloud-connected AI. Requires an account. Includes a permanently free tier (hYYa Cloud Free); the paid options are hYYa Cloud On-Demand (prepaid credit packs at $20, $50 or $100 — a one-time purchase, not a subscription), hYYa Cloud Elite ($24.99/month or $199.99/year), and hYYa Cloud Ultra ($49.99/month or $399.99/year).

hYYa Cloud offers a permanently free tier (hYYa Cloud Free) that needs no payment method — so you can evaluate the service in full before paying anything. Paid subscriptions (hYYa Cloud Elite and Ultra, monthly or annual) are billed in full at signup; hYYa Cloud On-Demand is not a subscription — it is a one-time credit purchase, so nothing recurs and there is nothing to cancel; annual plans are discounted ~33% in exchange for the yearly commitment. There is no free trial period. Where a coupon is applied, the first charge fires when the coupon expires. Cancel anytime; your paid subscription remains active through the end of the paid period.

All payments are processed by Polar.sh, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Polar handles billing, tax collection, and receipts on behalf of hYYa Apps. By subscribing, you also agree to Polar's terms of service. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year (depending on your plan) unless cancelled before the renewal date.

No refunds are issued once a billing period begins. The permanently free hYYa Cloud Free tier exists so you can evaluate the service fully before any charge occurs. All paid plans (Pro, Elite, Ultra — monthly and annual) are billed in full at signup (annual plans in exchange for the 33% discount). Once a billing period begins, no partial or full refunds are available. For billing disputes, contact us at hyya.com/#contact or reach out to Polar directly via your receipt.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain hYYa Cloud access until then. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

You agree not to use hYYa ai to:

• Generate, distribute, or store illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other people
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Circumvent any security, rate-limit, or access control
• Resell, sublicense, proxy, or otherwise provide the service or its outputs to third parties — a subscription is for your own individual use and is not an API
• Access the service through automated means (bots, scripts, or scrapers), or in a way that materially exceeds normal individual use
• Share your account credentials, or create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits, or to evade any limit

Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended without notice, and unused credits may be forfeited.

Your use of hYYa ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy. hYYa collects nothing from hYYa Vault mode, which is offline by default — the optional paths that use the network are named there. hYYa Cloud mode routes messages via OpenRouter to the AI model provider that generates your responses (or, if you use your own API key, directly to your chosen provider).

hYYa ai is a personal project provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may be incorrect or incomplete. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hassaan (hYYa Apps) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of hYYa ai after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
